We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. We kindly ask that any changes, reschedules, or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. With respect for our clients and stylists, we have adopted a tiered Cancellation Policy.
A first-time cancellation will result in a pass as we understand that sometimes situations occur beyond control.
In the case of a second cancellation, clients will be charged a fee of 50% of their scheduled service. Alternatively, you may pass your appointment on to a friend at no charge. Simply give us a call to let us know .
In the event of a third cancellation, we reserve the right to require payment for the appointment at the time of booking.
Non-cancellations and “No Shows” will be charged a ‘No Show’ fee of 100% of the original service booked. We also reserve the right to ask a client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.
Our of respect for our clients, services for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored on a case-by-case basis.
A series (i.e. a package of services) bought online or in salon must be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt for full refund. After 14 days, a salon credit will be issued.
Retail must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in original packing with receipt for full refund. After 14 days, a salon credit will be issued.
